The Arcade Is Now Closed!

It's Time To Stop Playing Games...

The Body of Christ has been hurting for quite a long time and that is because there are too many players running around looking for a cheap level up in the house of God. What I mean by this is, too many people want to "serve" in the house and get recognized for what they have done rather than just giving God all the glory. Too many people in The Body of Christ are either in some fantasy race against each other or they are in a make believe duel. Pray for The Body of Christ. From this day forward, as for myself, the arcade is now closed. Did you know that if a fellow brother or sister in Christ is going left or operating in wrong doing and you stay silent, you're basically agreeing and or allowing things to happen? Especially when you know for sure that the Holy Ghost told you to address/help the person and you didn't do it. Guess who has blood on their hands... Yeah, let us strive to do whatever it is the Holy Ghost told us to do and keep it moving. Now there are times where the Holy Ghost will tell you to keep your mouth closed and just pray because some of us might give too much of  "tough love" to our brothers and sisters in Christ to the point where it is taken out of context. I'm done with dealing with pity parties and pointless games, truly I am. The things of our God is important and should be treated with importance. When you're in a church service, no matter how your day went, shift your focus on praising and worshiping God and leave your heaviness at the door. It doesn't matter what you look like and who's watching you, all that matters is that you pushed your way to service and now it's time to serve the Lord even more and GENUINELY!! We don't go to church to play hide and go seek or tug of war. We go to worship and praise and get another digestion of our DAILY bread. DAILY because we should be consuming this bread at our own homes and on our own times as well. The Word of God is very filling.

Don't Accept The Invitation To That Pity Party....

Often times we go through, and it may seem like a storm that will never end or mountain that will never move is just right in the way of our success of a better relationship with God. Our brothers and sisters in Christ often send out invitations to us to attend their pity parties and you're going to have to deny the invitation. Speaking from experience, once you attend a pity party, it can be hard to leave. Their complaining is a bar and their sorrow is a drink and even though you know it's getting late, 1 glass turns into 5 and 5 turn into 10. The cycle continues to the point where now, every time you see or talk to that person, instantly you take pity and have a glass of their sorrow. You start thinking that they can't fight on their own and they need you every second of the day and they just keep dumping their complaints on you to the point where you can't breathe. Don't accept the invitation to that pity party. Invite them to an encouragement and strength get together instead. Once they have had a plate of our daily bread and they gain their fighting skills, they're ready to fight back on their own now!

Unplugging The Distractions...

Arcades are huge spaces that have so many games to play and they always look very inviting, from the blasting music, to the flashing lights and bright colors, this place will have you trapped for hours on end and once you realize it, you would have a hard time even thinking that you were in there distracted for so long. Unplug the distractions in your life. Whether these distractions be gossip, wrong motives, things keeping you from reading the Bible, or laziness, unplug them now and start out refreshed and ready for your next step of faith. Distractions can either hit you all at once or if you've been doing everything right in the eyes of God, a distraction ball might be thrown at you out of nowhere just to throw you off course. Keep your mind flooded with prayer and the Word of God and those distractions will run away with their tails in between their legs. Often times we can create our own distractions and those are usually the worst. Whether they are toxic friendships, relationships, or even toxic conversations, kick them to the curb. No more games in this journey to eternal life with the Lord Almighty. Strive to do good in this time so that one day you'll hear the Lord say "well done" instead of hearing "leave! I never knew you!" Unplugging the distractions in your life are important for yourself and for others.

Self Glorification Needs To Be Terminated...

In The Body of Christ, self glorification has been spreading like wild fire and it causes the Lord to shift certain things around us. Too many people want to be glorified for the things they have done for others or in the church and really in the end, it starts to take the glory away from God. He knows and examines the hearts of everyone! Nothing is secret to Him, so then it is up to you to keep your mind, heart, and intentions truthful, fruitful, and pleasing to God. Ministry isn't about being seen, it's about serving! When we fall into self glorification, it instantly reveals the true motives of our hearts and the true intentions of our thinking. Often times people are either aware of what they are doing or they are unaware, either way, pray for their freedom, God looks at our hearts as well. Just because someone is operating in self glorification doesn't mean that we get to act a certain way towards them. Whatever you do behind people's back, you're doing it right in front of God's eyes!

The Arcade Is Now Closed...

From now on, with this new level of faith, I won't be playing, participating, or attending anymore games/pity parties! The arcade is finally closed and I am moving forward in the name of Jesus Christ, when distractions try to come my way, I'll send them away with their tail in between their legs. I refuse to go backwards and I won't go backwards. If people want to change and the Holy Ghost leads me to help, then I will move and help when told so I won't be disobedient and miss God. If there's a time where I get invited to that complaining mini bar, I'm gonna have to say no, offer the Word of God and keep it moving. Not everyone will receive you well but God is watching you to see where's your heart at. No more games in this season or the next season or the next season. I am deeply rooted in Jesus Christ, and I've been growing and I won't be cut down now! The JOY of the LORD is my strength! His instructions are written in my heart! He orders my footsteps because I am willing to get up and start moving! Speak life into your own life! With every step you take and every move you make, let it glorify God and not yourself! I hope this has blessed you all. As Always:

Stay Blessed & Encouraged:)
